Dickerson
Campus
The Dickerson campus has long served as one of Montgomery County’s primary energy and industrial hubs. For decades, the site supported power generation and related infrastructure, taking advantage of its location along the Potomac River and its proximity to major transmission lines. Today, the campus includes a mix of energy, utility, and industrial uses, reflecting its continued role in supporting essential services. The proposed project builds on this legacy by repurposing a portion of the site for a modern, next-generation data center campus.
