The company’s approach is simple: build where infrastructure already exists, operate responsibly, and be a long-term partner to the communities where they invest.

Terra Energy is a Florida-based real estate asset management firm and the long-time owner of the Dickerson energy campus. With experience managing complex energy and industrial properties, Terra has stewarded this 750+ acre site through multiple generations of power production and infrastructure uses, positioning it for its next chapter as part of a modernized energy and digital campus.

Architecture & Design

 HKS is a global architecture and design firm founded in 1939. With more than 1,500 professionals across 27 offices worldwide, the firm works across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, sports and entertainment, commercial, and critical infrastructure. HKS operates a dedicated Mission Critical practice focused on the design of data centers and other facilities that must operate at the highest levels of reliability, and the practice has completed work on hundreds of mission critical projects.

Engineering & Environmental Consulting

 Langan is a national engineering and environmental consulting firm founded in 1970 and recognized among Engineering News-Record's top 50 firms worldwide. With more than five decades of experience and offices across the United States, Langan is highly experienced the in the data center industry and is supporting the Dickerson project in a variety of areas, including site/civil, geotechnical, traffic and surveying, and services. Langan maintains an office in Arlington, Virginia, and regularly supports projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

Civil Engineering & Site Design

 VIKA is a multi-disciplinary firm with offices in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. With over 45 years of experience and concentrated expertise in Montgomery County, VIKA is supporting the project by providing a range of services including civil engineering, planning/entitlement advisory, surveying, and more. The firm's regional presence and deep familiarity with Montgomery County make it a well-suited partner for this project.

Water and Wastewater Engineering

GAI Consultants is a national engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firm founded in 1958.  With a multidiscipline team of professionals located throughout the United States, GAI provides customized solutions and expertise to clients in the power, transportation, development, government, and industrial markets. Backed by decades of experience working on the Dickerson industrial property, GAI is designing water and wastewater systems that prioritize environmental protection, use minimal water, and enhance operational safety for the Dickerson data center project. In addition, GAI is leading the water and wastewater permitting processes with MDE.

TRINITY is an award-winning commercial general contractor founded in 2002 and headquartered in Herndon, Virginia. TRINITY has contracted over 25 million square feet of construction across its more than two decades in business. The firm specializes in a range of project types including mission critical facilities, multi-family, commercial interiors, etc., and offers a full suite of delivery methods including pre-construction, general contracting, design-build, and construction management. The Dickerson Data Center Campus is represented by Miles & Stockbridge as land use and zoning counsel in Montgomery County. The firm has extensive experience guiding projects through the County’s planning and entitlement process, including proceedings before the Montgomery County Planning Board and the Office of Zoning and Administrative Hearings. Their familiarity with local regulatory requirements, environmental review standards, and public approval procedures helps ensure the project advances in compliance with applicable County and State regulations.
